Supporting People, Teams, and Communities to Heal, Connect, and Thrive
Our Pathways
Pathways to Healing offers trauma-informed wellness day retreats designed to support individuals, teams, organizations, and communities in reducing stress, restoring balance, and building long-term resilience.
Our work brings together nervous system education, breathwork, reflexology, Ayurvedic head massage, Reiki, energy healing, emotional release, and practical self-regulation tools. Each experience is created to support the whole person—mind, body, emotions, and spirit—through a grounded, professional, and compassionate approach.
We provide safe, respectful, and supportive spaces where participants can pause, reset, reconnect with themselves, and learn tools they can carry into everyday life.
Whether offered to staff, leadership teams, community members, or wellness groups, our retreats are designed to meet people where they are and support them in a way that feels accessible, empowering, and restorative.
Our approach is not about fixing people.
It is about creating the conditions for healing, connection, education, and personal empowerment.
Through both group experiences and individual sessions, Pathways to Healing supports participants in feeling more regulated, grounded, clear, connected, and equipped to navigate stress, overwhelm, grief, burnout, and life’s ongoing challenges.
Release & Restoration
Stress and unresolved tension can build quietly within individuals, teams, and workplace systems.
Our release and restoration practices offer participants the opportunity to gently let go of accumulated stress, emotional heaviness, mental fatigue, and nervous system overload. Through breathwork, sound healing, energy-based relaxation, reflexology, guided reflection, and restorative group experiences, participants are supported to release what they have been carrying and return to a deeper state of balance.
This cornerstone honours the understanding that wellness is not only about productivity or performance. It is also about rest, repair, integration, and returning to wholeness.
For corporate retreats, this creates space for employees and leaders to decompress, reset, and restore capacity. When individuals are given time to release stress and reconnect with themselves, they are better able to show up with clarity, focus, compassion, and creativity.
Empowerment & Education
True wellness becomes sustainable when people understand the tools available to them and feel empowered to use them.
We combine experiential healing practices with practical education so participants not only receive support, but also learn how to support themselves beyond the retreat experience. This may include education on the nervous system, stress responses, emotional regulation, breathwork, self-care strategies, burnout prevention, communication, and body-based awareness.
Through a culturally respectful approach, empowerment is not about telling people what they need. It is about supporting individuals to reconnect with their own wisdom, choice, resilience, and capacity for healing.
For organizations, this cornerstone provides long-term value. Participants leave with tangible tools they can integrate into daily life and workplace culture, helping reduce stress, improve emotional resilience, and support healthier team dynamics.
Connection & Community
Healing and resilience are strengthened through connection.
At the heart of our work is the belief that people thrive when they feel seen, respected, and connected. Our retreats create opportunities for meaningful connection with self, with others, and with the wider community. Through shared experiences, group wellness practices, reflection, and intentional team-building, participants are invited to move beyond surface-level interaction and into deeper trust, understanding, and belonging.
Through an Indigenous-informed lens, we honour the importance of relationship, community, reciprocity, and collective well-being. Wellness is not only individual; it is relational. When one person feels supported, the ripple effect can strengthen the entire team or community.
For corporate groups, this cornerstone supports stronger relationships, improved communication, greater psychological safety, and a more connected workplace culture. When teams feel connected, they collaborate with more trust, compassion, and shared purpose.
A Holistic Approach to Corporate Wellness
Our cornerstones work together to create a grounded and transformative retreat experience. We support teams in moving from stress and disconnection toward regulation, restoration, empowerment, and meaningful connection.
Whether your organization is seeking support with team building, workplace stress, anxiety, burnout prevention, staff wellness, or leadership resilience, Pathways to Healing offers a professional, heart-centered, and culturally respectful approach to whole-person wellness.
Our intention is to create a space where individuals and teams can pause, breathe, reconnect, and return to their work and lives with greater clarity, capacity, and care.
At Pathways to Healing, our work is built on four foundational cornerstones that support meaningful, sustainable wellness for individuals, teams, and communities. Each offering is designed with care, cultural humility, and respect for the whole person: mind, body, spirit, and lived experience.
We recognize that healing, wellness, and resilience are not one-size-fits-all. Through a trauma-informed and culturally respectful approach, we create spaces where participants can feel safe, supported, and empowered to reconnect with themselves, strengthen relationships, and build practical tools for well-being in both personal and professional environments.
Safety & Regulation
Safety is the foundation of all meaningful healing, learning, and connection.
Our retreats and workshops are intentionally designed to support nervous system regulation, emotional safety, and cultural respect. We understand that stress, anxiety, burnout, and workplace overwhelm can affect the body, mind, and spirit. Through grounding practices, breathwork, gentle somatic tools, and trauma-informed facilitation, participants are supported to settle their nervous systems and reconnect with a sense of internal stability.
Through an Indigenous-informed lens, safety also means honouring relational accountability, consent, choice, community care, and respect for each person’s unique story. We do not force vulnerability or healing. Instead, we create a respectful environment where each participant can engage at their own pace.
For corporate teams, this foundation allows individuals to feel more present, resourced, and emotionally regulated, creating stronger communication, healthier collaboration, and a more supportive workplace culture.
Our Corner Stones
Our Services & The Benefits
At Pathways to Healing, our services are designed to support the whole person: body, mind, emotions, nervous system, and spirit. We bring together a diverse team of experienced practitioners who offer complementary wellness modalities that support stress reduction, emotional release, nervous system regulation, relaxation, and deeper connection to self.
Our approach is trauma-informed, culturally respectful, and rooted in choice, consent, and safety. We recognize that stress, grief, anxiety, burnout, and emotional overwhelm can be carried in the body in many ways. Our intention is to create a supportive environment where individuals can gently release what they have been holding, restore balance, and reconnect with their own capacity for healing.
For corporate teams, community wellness days, and retreat settings, these services offer both immediate relief and long-term tools for resilience, emotional well-being, and healthier connection.
Our Team
Jackie Rioux
Jackie’s work supports individuals in identifying and releasing emotions, energetic patterns, and stored stress that may be held within the body. Through modalities such as Emotion Code, Reiki, tapping, and energy-based support, Jackie creates a safe and compassionate space for participants to gently explore what may be contributing to emotional heaviness, tension, overwhelm, or disconnection.
Many people carry unprocessed emotions from past experiences, grief, stress, trauma, family patterns, or long-term survival responses. These emotions can show up as fatigue, anxiety, reactivity, emotional shutdown, self-protection, or a sense of feeling stuck. Jackie’s work helps bring awareness to these stored emotional patterns and supports the body and energy system in releasing what is ready to shift.
Her approach is gentle, intuitive, and deeply supportive. Participants are not required to relive or retell painful experiences. Instead, Jackie works with the body’s wisdom to support emotional release in a way that feels respectful, contained, and empowering.
Benefits of Jackie’s Work May Include:
Emotional release and relief from stored stress
Greater clarity and lightness
Support with grief, overwhelm, and emotional heaviness
Increased calm and nervous system settling
A deeper sense of connection to self
Support in releasing old patterns, beliefs, or emotional blocks
More space for choice, presence, and self-trust
For workplace and community settings, Jackie’s work can be especially supportive for individuals experiencing burnout, emotional fatigue, compassion fatigue, or unresolved stress. Her sessions help participants soften, reset, and reconnect with themselves in a grounded and supportive way.

BREATHWORK|NERVOUS SYSTEM SUPPORTLYNDSY MCFADDEN
Lyndsy’s work brings together her background as a Registered Nurse, breathwork facilitator, life coach, and holistic wellness practitioner. Her approach bridges the practical and the transformational, supporting participants to better understand their nervous system, reconnect with their body, and access deeper emotional clarity.
Through guided breathwork, somatic awareness, emotional regulation tools, reflective inquiry, and group facilitation, Lyndsy helps individuals move out of chronic stress patterns and into greater presence, self-awareness, and inner stability.
Breathwork can have a profound impact because the breath is directly connected to the nervous system. When people are stressed, overwhelmed, anxious, or disconnected, their breathing patterns often reflect that. By working intentionally with the breath, participants can begin to regulate their stress response, release emotional tension, and create more internal space.
Lyndsy’s work supports people in learning the language of their body. Rather than pushing through stress or ignoring what they feel, participants are invited to slow down, listen inward, and develop tools to support themselves in real time.
Benefits of Lyndsy’s Work May Include:
Reduced stress, anxiety, and overwhelm
Nervous system regulation and grounding
Greater emotional awareness and resilience
Increased capacity to manage workplace pressure
Support with burnout prevention and recovery
Deeper connection to self, intuition, and inner wisdom
Improved clarity, focus, and presence
Practical tools participants can use beyond the retreat
In corporate and team settings, Lyndsy’s work can help participants understand how stress affects communication, decision-making, emotional regulation, and workplace culture. Her sessions provide practical tools for managing overwhelm while also creating space for deeper reflection, restoration, and connection.
