MY JOY

A young girl with red hair, blue eyes, and fair skin dressed in a witch costume, wearing a large black witch hat with a purple and black dress, holding a yellow-green flower, sitting inside a kitchen.

Week 1:

The Foundation of Joy

We begin by exploring what joy actually means for you. This week is about creating a strong internal foundation, building self-awareness, and reconnecting to the parts of yourself that may have been buried under stress, responsibility, or survival mode.

Week 2:

Based Values

This week we dive into the values that bring you alive. You will identify what truly matters to you, separate yourself from the “shoulds,” and begin clarifying the kind of life you genuinely want to create.

Week 3:

Set Up for Success

This week is about creating practical support for the life you want to live. We will explore habits, mindset, and alignment so that joy becomes something you can actually sustain in your daily life.

Week 4:

Opportunities for Growth

Growth is not always comfortable, but it is often where the deepest transformation happens. In our final week, we will look at how to work with challenges, stay connected to yourself through change, and move forward with more resilience and trust.

You do not need to wait until life feels easier to begin choosing yourself.

Joy is not something outside of you. It is something you return to, remember, and build a life around.

If you are ready to reconnect to what matters, align with your values, and create more joy in your everyday life, I would love to welcome you into this space.
