I am here to help guide, empower, and inspire you to create a life of joy, love, abundance and happiness.

Getting there isn’t always a quick and easy path, but with small, consistent changes, I promise that you can be the creator of your own reality.

My journey to self was not an easy one. I have encountered many bumps along the way; the biggest obstacle was myself. Most of us have stories, past traumas, and/or a past that seems to follow us into adulthood. At least that is what happened for me. I was stuck for many years in the victim hood mentality having created many protectors to keep myself safe and to have my needs met. This way of life helped me to achieve many things, however I was not happy. I lost me along the way of doing what I should do. This way of being created the a mindset of not knowing who I was.

Have I finally arrived to a perfect life of constant happiness, grounding and joy? Sometimes, yes. Other times, no.

Has it been one magical thing that changed my life? No.

Change has happened over many years of learning, seeking new ways of being and doing, of trying and failing. I have combined what I know about the science of nursing, the wisdom gained through the practice of breathwork, self exploration, energry healing and many other modalities. This has allowed me to find who I am.


Breath. The foundation of my practice.

We all require breath for life, yet most of us breathe without even thinking about it. When we breathe unconsciously our breath tends to be shallow, sometimes more rapid, irregular and not as effective.

It becomes automatic and without purpose.

Why do we not pay attention to our breath?

Think about it…

We can survive days without eating. We focus on exercising, but it is not vital to keep us alive. We can last hours to days with no water.

But our breath…we can not live without breath. And ironically we tend to take it for granted and fail to use it to improve our mental and physical wellness.
