I understand this journey because I’ve walked it myself. For years, I lived in a state of overwhelm, carrying the weight of past traumas and the expectations of others. I did what I thought I should do, but in the process, I lost sight of who I truly was. My healing wasn’t a single breakthrough—it was a process of learning, unlearning, and reclaiming my power.
Through my background as a Registered Nurse, I came to see firsthand how emotional wounds manifest in the body. Science has its place, but I knew healing required more—it required a deeper understanding of the connection between the mind, body, and spirit. This led me to explore breathwork, Kundalini yoga, Kambo, Ayurvedic health coaching, and the GAPS nutritional protocol. These practices helped me break free from old patterns, reconnect with my body, and find a new way of being—one of presence, balance, and ease.
Now, my purpose is to help you do the same. I don’t have all the answers—because the answers you seek are already within you. But I can guide you back to them. I am here to support you in uncovering the root of your imbalances, releasing what no longer serves you, and stepping into a life of clarity, vitality, and alignment.
Healing is not about fixing yourself—it’s about remembering who you are. Nothing is separate. When one part of you is out of balance, it affects everything. But when you reconnect with your body, your emotions, and your truth, you reclaim your power.

The Power of Breathwork
Breath is life. Yet, most of us move through our days breathing unconsciously—shallow, rapid, and disconnected from the very force that sustains us. When we breathe without awareness, our nervous system remains in a state of stress, and we lose touch with our body's natural rhythms.
We often turn to food and exercise when seeking change, carefully structuring meal plans and workout routines in pursuit of better health. While these are essential, they only address the surface. Many still find themselves falling back into old habits and patterns, wondering why true transformation feels out of reach. The answer lies deeper—within the unconscious patterns and emotional imprints that shape our behaviors.
This is where breathwork becomes a profound tool for healing and self-discovery. Conscious breathing brings us back to the present moment, helping us navigate the spaces where we struggle most. With each intentional breath, we create space for awareness, for noticing our triggers, shifting our responses, and releasing what no longer serves us.
