Tapping And Breathwork come together

What to Expect

This experience brings together two evidence-informed, body-based practices—EFT tapping and conscious breathwork—to support emotional release, nervous system regulation, and deep inner reconnection.

Tapping (EFT) works directly with the body’s stress response. By gently tapping on specific meridian points while bringing awareness to thoughts or emotions, the nervous system receives a signal of safety. This helps reduce emotional charge, calm the mind, and soften long-held stress patterns stored in the body.

Breathwork works through the rhythm of the breath to support regulation, release, and presence. Conscious breathing increases oxygenation, calms the nervous system, and allows suppressed emotions and tension to move through the body—without needing to analyze or relive the story.

When combined, these two practices create a profound and complementary effect.

Tapping helps calm and prepare the nervous system, making the body feel safer and more resourced. Breathwork then allows deeper access—helping emotions, sensations, and insights move more freely and integrate more gently.

Together, tapping and breathwork:

  • Reduce stress and anxiety

  • Support emotional regulation and resilience

  • Create a sense of safety in the body

  • Allow deeper release without overwhelm

  • Support clarity, grounding, and inner connection

This session is not about fixing or forcing change.
It’s about creating the conditions for the body to naturally release what it’s ready to let go of—and reconnect to a steadier, more grounded state of being.

A powerful practice for anyone feeling overwhelmed, emotionally stuck, or ready to reconnect with themselves in a supportive and embodied way.

Who We Are

Irene is a mom of two boys who understands what it feels like to juggle family, life, and personal wellbeing while navigating the emotional ups and downs of midlife.

EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) became a grounding tool for her during perimenopause. EFT is a mind-body practice that combines gentle acupressure tapping with mindful awareness to calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and release emotional tension stored in the body.

After experiencing how tapping helped her soften anxiety, steady her emotions, and reconnect with herself when everything felt unpredictable, she began supporting other women in using EFT to feel more regulated, grounded, and in control of their inner world.

Her work focuses on simple, practical tools that help women create emotional balance, strengthen their nervous system, and feel empowered in their lives.

Lyndsy McFadden is a Joy Coach, breathwork practitioner, and former registered nurse who understands what it feels like to carry the weight of responsibility — for your family, your work, your community, and yourself.

Breathwork became a turning point in her own life, helping her regulate her energy, stabilize her emotions, and reconnect with inner safety during seasons of overwhelm. As she experienced her own transformation, she felt called to support others in strengthening their nervous system, releasing stored tension, and rebuilding their connection to joy.

Today, her work blends trauma-informed breathwork, joy coaching, reiki, life coaching, and consciousness practices with her medical background to help individuals create sustainable calm and emotional clarity.

Her approach is practical, heart-centered, and grounded — offering simple, accessible tools that help people feel more balanced, empowered, and aligned in their daily lives.

Reconnect with your body and mind as you escape the noise of everyday life.
  • Joy returns when the nervous system remembers safety.

  • Regulation is the doorway to joy.

  • We don’t heal by trying harder. We heal by listening deeper.
