It would be an honor to hold space for you each Wednesday at 7:00 PM PST for an hour of breath.

Our breath is a powerful tool that can help us get connected to our inner self, to shed the masks that we have been wearing, and to unearth our inner being.

Breathwork also helps to reduce stress, and anxiety. Science says that 80% of disease is caused by chronic stress. Breathwork can help reduce stress within your body by stimulating the vagus nerve allowing your body to move into the rest and digest part of the nervous system.
