    Each session is intuitively created around you. A session could have breathwork, journaling, meditation, or sounding. No one session is the same, as your needs continue to change so do the tools.

    Everyone has pain points when it comes to working through blocks and trauma. I’ll work closely with you to help identify and overcome your triggers.

    We will focus on your mind, body and spirit as it all functions as one.

1:1 Breathwork

Breathwork is an ancient modality used in many cultures to help heal the body. It is used as a form of meditation and relaxation to help reduce stress and anxiety. It allows for self-healing or spiritual awakening and has many benefits to the mind, body and spirit.

By learning simple breathwork patterns, you can help reduce daily stress by implementing these breathing exercises throughout your day. 

Breathwork also helps you to strengthen your vagus nerve. This nerve is associated with your stress response and affects your digestive tract and sex hormones. When you strengthen your vagus tone, you help heal the rest of your body simply through breathing.

  • Breathwork is an ancient practice. It has been used for thousands of years to connect to your inner self, source, heal the body of trauma, reduce stress and anxiety.

    Taking a breath is the very first thing we do in the life, and the very last thing we do before we die. And yet, most of us do not breath with conscious intention. Our breath is shallow, we breath through our mouth, and we do not pay attention to it.

    Simply by breathing consciously, we can change that state of our emotions, or energy, and bring us into a state of mindfullness. We also get to increase our stress threashold by stimulating the vagus nerve.

    There are many forms of breathwork. One form is not better then another, they are all powerful healers.

    It is recommended to always work with a certified breathwork facilitator as breathwork can unearth traumas, or cause emotional releases where it is important to have a safe space to experince your experince.

  • Breathwork is a great tool for those that have an overactive brain. Meditation is one of the best practices anyone can incorporate into their daily practice. However it can be challenging to sit and find that calmness with an overactive mind; breathwork is a great tool to use as it gives you something to focus on and helps to allow the mind to slow so you can get into those meditative states a bit easier. Also remember, meditation is not the practice of no thought (that is nearly impossible), it is the practice of non-attachment, to allow your thoughts to float through instead of becoming ‘stuck’.

    This practice of non-attachment helps to reduce stress and anxiety as well. We have thousands of thoughts throughout the day, when we attach to all of them we get overwhelmed and we do not know what is our truth. With breathwork/meditation we get to begin to slow the thoughts so that we can begin to see what is serving you, what no longer serves you, and you get to become the observer of your thought instead of the identifier.

  • As a life coach it is my honour to hold space for you to connect to your inner self. Most of us have mistrust for that inner voice and that gut reaction.

    I will teach you the tools so that you will begin to trust that inner voice, and listen to your body. I will empower you to become your own healer, and to learn the tools to create the life you want. I am the space holder for you to rediscover you, to shed what no longer serves, and to empower you to be you.

    Sessions can consist of talk therapy, somatic work, energetic work, sounding, breathwork and many other unique experiences that are 100% individually tailored for you.

  • I am asked this question often and in all honesty I always have a hard time answering it.

    I did have a childhood that at one point traumatized me and created a version of myself that I ended up not liking. But as I have healed, I have become so grateful for my past and for the amazing protectors I developed because I would not be where I am today if it was not for my past and for the desire to change.

    I no longer look at my past and see myself as a victim, but instead I see a warrior.

    Ultimately I was not happy. I was stressed, anxious, felt no joy or happiness. I was lost. I tried counseling, medications and nothing worked for me. I did not find life coaching, life coaching found me.

    I was listening to a podcast one day from Samantha Skelly, and everything in my body was like, “YES!! This is what I need in my life!”

    So I found the money to take her year long life coaching certification and my life has been changing every day since for the better. Each day I get to discover more and more of who I am and who I want to be. I have become the creator of my own life. My past no longer defines who I am, it is simply a part of it.

    Life coaching has seriously changed my life. My life is not always perfect, but I now have the tools to change the things that no longer are working for me. The best part about these tools, is that anyone can learn them and change their life too!! We are the master creator of our lives and I cannot wait to share more with you.

  • Preparation for breathwork is very simple:

    +Drink lots of water the day before and the day after your breathwork session.

    +Do not eat 1-2 hour before your breathwork session (this may cause nausea).

    +Come with an open mind, anything can happen in the session if you are open and willing.

    +Dress in comfortable clothing.

    +Wear layers as you may experience temperature shifts from hot to cold or vise versa.

  • Each person is very individual for how many session they will need.

    The process is slow as you are unlearning and shedding your beautiful protectors that no longer serve you. You will relearn and discover new tools that work for you now.

    This process takes as long as it takes with a commitment to yourself, radical responsibility and the willingness to be vulnerable.
