There is a reason I travel to experience this work myself.
As a breathwork facilitator, I have experienced many different forms of breathwork—and this is one of the practices I continue to return to.
It is powerful. Potent. Deeply experiential.
And this December, we have the opportunity to welcome Wilde Lawson-King and Kyla Campbell of Holotropic Journeys to Prince George for an intimate weekend of breathwork, inner exploration, and journey work.
The word holotropic means moving toward wholeness.
This work is rooted in the understanding that there is an innate intelligence within us—one that can guide us toward greater integration, self-discovery, healing, and connection when given the right conditions to emerge.
Rather than directing you toward a predetermined outcome, this work creates a carefully held container where your own inner process can unfold.
Through breath, music, expanded states of awareness, compassionate facilitation, and integration, we create space to meet what is ready to be seen, felt, expressed, remembered, or released.
Sometimes that may mean meeting grief, old wounds, fear, or patterns we have carried for years.
Sometimes it may open us to creativity, joy, connection, meaning, awe, or parts of ourselves we had forgotten.
And sometimes the experience is something words simply cannot adequately describe.
This is why I continue to do this work myself.
Not because I am trying to endlessly “heal” myself—but because each experience allows me to meet myself from somewhere deeper.

This weekend requires a minimum of 16 participants to proceed, and registration will close October 31, 2026.
