Come spend an afternoon getting out of your head, into your body, and maybe a little bit into the cosmos.

We’ll breathe.
We’ll bathe in sound.
We’ll paint.
We’ll play.
We may accidentally have a spiritual awakening while covered in paint.

The idea is simple: loosen the grip, follow the energy, and create without needing to make it make sense.

Maybe you paint a mandala.
Maybe you paint your soul.
Maybe you paint a giant purple blob and decide it represents your divine feminine awakening.

All valid.

This is not about being “good” at art.

This is about expression.
Intuition.
Freedom.
Connection.
Curiosity.
Sacred play.

And letting your hands say what your mind has been trying far too hard to figure out.

We’ll use breath and sound to soften the noise, open the heart, connect inward, and create space for whatever wants to move through.

Then we paint from there.

No rules.
No perfection.
No “I’m not creative.”
No pressure to create something profound enough to hang in a gallery or decode during your next spiritual awakening.

You are creative because you are alive.

Come make something beautiful, weird, sacred, chaotic, meaningful, meaningless, or completely unexplainable.

Maybe you leave with a mandala.

Maybe you leave with paint on your clothes, a quieter mind, a few unexpected realizations, and absolutely no idea what just happened.

Honestly, that might be the point.
